Get to know me

I’ve always felt drawn to the human body—especially its incredible ability to heal itself. My journey into massage began when I was 18, and although life took me in different directions for a while, that interest never left me. Along the way, I continued exploring other holistic practices like Reiki, meditation, and breathwork, each one deepening my understanding of mind–body connection.

I’m naturally an active person and feel most at home outdoors, particularly by the sea. You’ll often find me chasing sunrises along the Northumberland coastline—it’s where I feel most grounded and inspired.

Through massage, my intention is to help ease pain and restore a sense of natural balance, both physically and mentally. Every treatment I offer is tailored to the individual, and I also work intuitively—tuning into what your body needs in the moment. I see the body as a whole, where everything is connected, and I treat it that way.

Creating a calm, safe space is really important to me. I want you to feel completely at ease, able to switch off, and take time to focus fully on yourself.
